The yacht has been anchored here since March 2022, following her detention in British waters by the UK Transport Secretary on 13 March, who identified her as potentially Russian-owned. The yacht's owner has contested the arrest, emphasising that he is not listed on the sanctioned registers of the UK, EU, or USA. Despite the detention, he continues to use his other vessels and has shouldered the ongoing maintenance costs for <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/7555" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Phi58.5m (191'11&quot;)Royal Huisman2021">Phi</a> during her stay in the UK. The sixth Amels 60-metre superyacht has been delivered to her owner and named 21.12.
